Who’s the best marketer?
People ask us this question all the time. It’s a tough question to answer but if you asked it and said not to think too much about it and to quickly give an answer, the first name that would pop into our heads would be Coca-Cola. Very few companies market like they do and you have to ask yourself why are they so good at it. Coke is really nothing more than sugar water so when you think about it they would have to be really good at marketing something other than what it really is because how much can you say about sugar water. They’re really marketing a life style. Coke is everywhere! Coke sells 1.5 billion servings everyday! Think about that for a minute. That’s like every man, woman, and child on the planet having a coke every week. Unbelievable! That’s a lot of sugar water. [+]
They reach every country and every culture sending out the message that cool and happy people drink Coca-Cola. Remember the song: “I’d like to teach the world to sing, in perfect harmony. . . . ” This song went to #1 on the charts. Happy people singing a great little toe tapper. Coke produced the song and it was a commercial sensation. I still remember the lyrics. Just recently they did it again at the World Cup when they had a South African Hip Hop artist sing a song around the brand and the song went global and was #1 again on the charts in 17 countries and they produced and localized the the song into 18 different languages too. Incredible! The video showed hundreds of people laughing and having a great time playing soccer and singing. The video made you feel great! So when it comes to marketing a brand no one does it better than Coke. They’re also very good at using the locals wherever they sell coke to help them sell the happiness around it.
Coke will tap into the entrepreneurial spirit of people who live in cities, towns and villages all over the world. They sell themselves as an aspirational company because they know that everyone aspires to be happy and drinking a coke must mean that you’re happy. They’re global campaign is “Open Happiness” because they know that happiness is different for each and everyone of us. Coke is truly an amazing company.
Nike is probably high on the best marketers list too. They’re everywhere as well but not like Coke.

hello, this may be little offtopic, but i’m web hosting my website upon hostgator and they’ll suspend my hosting in 4days, so i would like to ask you which ones hosting would you use or even recommend?
Based on what you wrote, I have no idea why hostgator will suspend your site or what you do on your site. However, there are thousands of hosting sites out there and all of them will have different packages and prices. It shouldn’t be hard to find one suitable.
